What You will Experience

In this meeting you will be guided through a step by step process of shadow work and connecting to the inner child.

You will receive worksheets to answer questions that will help you introspect your struggles and problems.

These questions will begin from the surface layer manifestation of the struggle, no matter what area or context it is showing up in your life, from relationship issues, general stress and anxiety, career, family, confidence or behavioural issues.

Our facilitator will be there to guide you every step of the way throughout the experience in a safe, fun, explorative and enlightening environment.

During these sessions it’s normal to feel confused throughout it, that’s welcomed as “confusion is the prerequisite to knowing”..

Our members leave feeling refreshed and renewed, and also more aware, understanding of their subconscious programming and where it comes from.

We dive deeper into exploring the root cause of the issues, the subconscious meaning behind it (beliefs) and the current adaptations/coping mechanisms being used to navigate throughout it..

All this understanding creates space to show love and compassion to yourself at the close of the experience through a guided entrancing visualisation experience.

These experiences create massive breakthroughs for our members where they choose what they want to believe in those moments challenging the old beliefs and programming directly at the core.

It’s something to be experienced, and the best part is everyone has the opportunity to do the work in the session together!

At the end an open space is welcomed for people to come forward and share their insights and experiences followed by a Q&A to answer any questions you may have on your journey.

The Group Healing Circles are part of all of our program options and everybody has access to them!

This is a powerful focused session to help you breakthrough your struggles and limitations.

It’s in an intimate group setting, facilitated by a shadow work practitioner.

This meeting switches between Mike & Charles every week. Either one of them will be guiding you this experience.

It begins with everyone setting their intentions to themselves, regulating their nervous system to bring them into the safe space.

From there, small break out rooms occur where our members connect with each other for a few minutes.

This helps our members become more connected with each other which is important when it comes to building a strong community and truly feeling safe in the space so you can be open and vulnerable around others.

From there, shadow work practitioner sets their intention and reminds everyone that whether they are exploring something or observing someone exploring, to be open minded and hearted.

If you are observing, you will have the opportunity to watch someone else delve deeper into their Subconscious.

Being exposed to these environments helps normalise vulnerability.

Over time watching people diving deep will be second nature and you’ll feel more comfortable to do the same, and be yourself in your general day to day life.

From there the shadow work practitioner invites someone to come forward and share what their biggest struggle is.

This is a complete safe space to share whatever it is.

Anything from anxious feelings, feeling lost, lonely, stressed, addictions, emotional outbursts in your life, poor communication skills in your relationships, struggling to be present, sexual issues, struggling to find a partner, confidence, career issues, breakups etc we accept you as you are to explore whatever you want help with!

The shadow work practitioner invites you to share the biggest struggle and from there using Psychotherapy, Psycho-analytical and Neuro linguistic Programming questions and techniques to help you understand the underlying dynamics of the biggest struggle you’re currently facing.

This will give you a map of the dynamics and how it’s all working.

From the meaning of the situation, beliefs behind it, value of the beliefs, subconscious programming, coping mechanisms and adaptations all the way to where it comes from.

This will take you deeper into your inner child, where you’ll realise where you first learned these beliefs, adaptations, coping mechanisms from.

From there you’ll be guided into a entranced visualisation exercise which involves hypnosis to reconnect you with your inner child, give them what they needed at the time, re-parent them in a way that serves you better, with a fresh perspective and outlook on the memory, release any pent up emotions that have been stored from the experience, and achieve huge breakthroughs.

The session will involve powerful breakthroughs continuously. The facilitator will guide 3-4 people per session. And in between people share anything they relate to and there is a Q&A at the end.

These sessions are ground-breaking for people to see how they’re not alone in their struggles, and commonly give us a mirror of ourselves in someone else’s experience.

Because all of our members can relate to each other, many of them are experiencing similar struggles, and that’s why you don’t always have to come forward and share to gain new perspectives, realisations and heal, you can learn so much about yourself from simply watching others.

Every Wednesday at 5:15 pm AEST we hold our weekly guided meditation experience. 

These sessions are focused on helping you develop your creative imagination. A part of us that we often become disconnected to due to the value of logistics in our day to day lives to keep up with the rat race.

Creativity and imagination are powerful tools for healing just as intellectually directing your subconscious programming and thinking patterns are.

In these sessions Charles guides you through various powerful visualisation experiences to connect you with your inner child, inner teenager, past versions of you where you may be holding onto guilt, shame and resentment based on certain behaviours you did.

Visualisation exercises to connect you with your parents, your grandparents and your ancestors.

Visualisation exercises to connect you with your body, certain parts you may deem undesirable, to show love and acceptance towards them, to build confidence.

Visualisation experiences to explore your struggles, get to the bottom of them and step into metaphorical figures to give the parts of you struggling what they need.

Giving you the opportunity to express forgiveness and see the lives of those who were part of our early development from the perspective of them, their wounds, their childhoods, their upbringing and programming to realise that we are really all human beings doing our best with what we had given to us.

Also other visualisation exercises to connect you to your higher self, to bring more love, compassion and strength into your life.

These visualisation exercises involve breathing and music to help you connect with your body.

They offer the chance for you to breakthrough and see things from different perspectives, allowing your brain to go through the process of neuroplasticity to create new patterns of thought and greatly develop your way of being.

These sessions are part of the metaphorical spiritual landscape of our program.

Adding non-intellectual and logical facilitated experiences for you to experience breakthroughs.

We believe that shadow work is essential in understanding the underlying dynamics, coping mechanisms, subconscious programming done via language and intellectually understanding the experiences.

As we believe that breath work connects you to your body, and allows you to regulate your nervous system via the power of breath and facilitate emotional breakthroughs without rationalising anything.

Aswell as we believe that metaphorical visualisation spiritual experiences are incredibly powerful in imprinting a new set of beliefs into our mind and body, all through the power of visualisation.

We use these sessions to develop that part of us, the one that is commonly obtained via psychedelic intervention still in clinical trials, we believe it’s possible to experience similar, may not be as intense experiences naturally, all via practicing and developing the imagination and our creative essence.

This is a powerful, transformative, therapeutic and intimate meeting, you will be guided through a breath work session with a highly skilled instructor.

You will learn about the importance of breathing and how it effects every facet of your life from your mind, body and even spiritual growth.


You will be performing a range of breath work techniques from many ancient and modern disciplines that can bring calmness, while at other times can be energising. You will learn the function of the diaphragm, nose and the rest of the body in regards to breathing which can help clear up any obstruction through the nose and restore breathing function.

The calming breath work allows you to access states of parasympathetic which allows you to rest, slow down your heart rate, digest food, absorb nutrients, heal, produce reproductive hormones, clear your mind, reduce anxiety, boost your mood and allow you to fall asleep at night, hence why these sessions are usually done at night time by our instructor.

The energising breath work sessions will be done in the morning, you will access states of sympathetic (fight or flight) to para sympathetic (chill) to help regulate your nervous system and energise you for the rest of the day while boosting mood and motivation.

Some of these session consist of breath holds which allow your body to produce certain chemicals and gases to allow you to absorb more oxygen. This type of breath work can increase resilience and tolerance to stress therefore further reduce anxiety.

You will be given rebirthing breath work sessions which allows you to process stored up emotions such as anger, sadness and fear, while also allowing you to process and regulate trauma, When you practice this, you will move beyond your body and mind, and connect with your authentic self and the universe. Many people who practice this experience spiritual awakenings or atonements to their inner being.
